Accounting System Selection – Assist in the selection, installation and    implementation of new accounting systems.

Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare or review the financial budget ensuring
   it is consistent with both the owner’s personal and business goals. Establish
   budget to actual monitoring reports and forecasts of key financial business
   indicators.

Business Planning – Preparation, review or assistance with business start up    planning, written business plans, business performance plans, etc. ensuring they    are tailored to the intended audience. Development of time lines and resources    to ensure the plans are achieved. Continued monitoring of the plan progress    making recommendations for improvement, as required.

Cash Flow Analysis & Forecasting – Analyze the cash flow identifying areas    of improvement and forecast future cash flow sources and uses. Review banking    arrangements and improve accounts receivable collections.

Compensation Review – Review the owner’s compensation and also the
   incentive compensation of the management team ensuring it motivates the
   acheivement of the company objectives.

Executive Dashboard Report– Set up an Executive Dashboard Report
   identifying and tracking key performance indicators. Establish a mechanism to
   retrieve and update the information on a regular basis.

Expense Reduction Programs– Analyze current expenditures identifying cost
   reduction opportunities to increase profitability and competitiveness.

Financial Modeling & Analysis– Perform monthly review and analysis of the    financial statements providing interpretation and commentary. Prepare financial    models and forecasts to assist the organization.

Funds Acquisition – Assistance in obtaining additional financing from your
   bank, negotiating credit facilities or sourcing new financing options.

Internal Control Assessment – Review and assess the internal controls and
   financial policies & procedures. Recommend areas for process improvement and    strengthening of internal controls. New policy and procedure implementation
   assistance.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Reorganizations – Provide the financial expertise to    assess, value, negotiate, implement and integrate mergers, acquisitions or
   reorganizations. Perform financial due diligence for proposed transactions.

Operational Planning – Assist with contract and lease negotiation, process    improvements, establishment of vendor relationships, facility management, etc.

Privacy Assessment – Perform a privacy assessment of the organization.
   Assist with the development and implementation of sound privacy policies and    procedures.

Strategic Planning – Development of a strategic plan for the current year and    next 3 to 5 years including business expansion, exit strategies or succession
   planning.

Training & Development – Customize a training program for management    and/or accounting staff to help them interpret and use the financial information    available. Evaluation, supervision and development of the acocunting staff    including job description preparation and recommendations.

C.A. (Chartered Accountant) firm liason – Preparation for the annual audit    or review and liason with the C.A. firm. Coordination of the tax return
   preparation.
